MKVC- 50 Modified Koppers Vacuum Calibrated

The Modified Koppers Vacuum Viscometer measures the viscosity of highly viscous materials according to ASTM D2171.

Minimum sample volume is 2 mL. Minimum bath depth is 178 mm (7 in).

Viscometer is calibrated and provided with a certificate of calibration and instruction sheet. See expanded uncertainty for more information.

Viscometer constant is the same at all temperatures. Approximate constant at 300 mm Hg is 8 poise/s at B, 4 poise/s at C, and 3 poise/s at D.
Viscosity range is 180–3200 poise.
