Flash point is the lowest liquid temperature at which a test flame causes sample vapors to ignite. Fire point is the temperature at which the test flame causes the sample to ignite and remain burning for ≥5 seconds.

Through  partnerships, CANNON is proud to offer several types of automated flash point testers to suit a variety of testing needs. Our automated flash point testers include the Abel closed cup, Tag closed cup, Pensky-Martens closed cup, Cleveland open cup and six-position Cleveland open cup flash point testers.
