Now with Freeze Point, the mpc-6 Automatic Pour/Cloud/Freeze Point Tester is designed to be simple, robust and versatile. It requires a small sample of only 4.5 mL and provides quick, automatic determinations with high precision. Featuring a 7" touchscreen for ease-of-use, the simple process involves setting the sample cup, inputting expected points, and pressing start. Pre-heat and cooling sequences run automatically and results for Pour, Cloud, and Freeze Points can be obtained in a single run.

Includes a search mode for unknown samples. The new SPE mode tests pour point with different pressures so parameter optimization can be easily achieved. Data can be exported to LIMS or optional printer via ethernet. Password-protected is available. Eco-friendly operation features a CFC-free cooler for low noise, low vibration, and energy-saving usage.

Adheres to methods ASTM D6749 (PP) and ASTM D7683 (CP).
