BS/U-Tube-A Calibrated

The BS/U-Tube Viscometer measures kinematic viscosity of transparent Newtonian liquids according to ASTM D445 and ISO 3104. Minimum sample volume is 7 mL. Minimum bath depth is 280 mm (11 in).

Viscometer is calibrated and is provided with a certificate of calibration and instruction sheet. See expanded uncertainty for more information.

Viscometer constant is the same at all temperatures. Approximate constant is 0.003 mm²/s² (cSt/s).

Viscosity range is 0.9–3 mm²/s (cSt); range represents flow times of 300–1000 seconds.
